-: Detailed Day Wise Itinerary :-

Day 1:  Train from Howrah / Sealdah for Guwahati. Night in Train.

Day 2:  Guwahati to Shillong (115 KM), stay in Shillong.

            Upon reaching Shillong you will be transferred to Hotel. After Lunch take some rest and get ready       for local sight seeing and stay the rest of the night in bed for a good night’s sleep.

Day3 : Shillong Sightseeing including Cherrapunji. Stay in Shillong.

            Cherrapunji, also known as Sohra, is a high-altitude town in the northeast Indian state of             Meghalaya. It’s known for its living root bridges, made from rubber trees. To the northeast,          Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point overlooks verdant gorges. In the surrounding hills, the Noh-    Kalikai, Dain-Thlen and Kynrem waterfalls plunge from forested clifftops. South of town, Mawsmai            Cave is illuminated to show its stalagmites.

Day4 : Dawki & Mowlilong Sightseeing. Stay in Shillong.

Transparent river, living root bridge, cleanest village tour. You will visit the transparent river in Dawki, where you can enjoy the boat ride and also visit Bangladesh border. You will visit Mawlynnong which is a small village with about 80 households, in lash-green East Khasi Hills in Meghalaya. It was awarded ‘Cleanest Village in Asia’ in 2003. You will also see the amazing Balancing stone (big rock balancing over a small stone) beside other things. You will visit the astounding Living Root Bridge which is about 250-400 years old. Night stay in Shillong.

 

Day5: Shillong to Bhalukpong (300 km). Stay In Bhalukpong.

            After Breakfast get ready for a Long drive for Bhalukpong. You will be transferred to Hotel. Stay the            night in room and spend your time at leisure.

Day6: Bhalukpong to Dirang, (135 km) Stay at Dirang.

            After Breakfast get ready for a Long and beautiful drive for Dirang. On way you will see mesmerizing       beauty of the hills, Landscape, Valley, and numerous Falls. You will be transferred to Hotel. Stay the         good night’s sleep in room and spend your time at leisure.

Day7: Dirand to Tawang (125 km).

            After Breakfast get ready for yet another beautiful drive for Tawang. En route you will find    mesmerizing beauty of the hills, Landscape, Valley, and numerous Falls. You will find how the Indian   Army is protecting us from the Terrorist and threat of China which is few Kilometers away from     Tawang. You will be transferred to Hotel. Discover Local Market, have some shopping and taste         local foods. Stay the night in room and feel the temperature.

Day8: Sightseeing and stay in Tawang.

            After Lunch, visit local sightseeing Main attraction of Tawang is – Tawang Monastery: Tawang    Monastery, also known as the Golden Namgyal Lhatse, is one of the largest lamaseries of Mahayana          sects. This is the second oldest Monastery in the entire world after Lhasa. With a control over 17 Gompas in the region, this monastery is believed to be 400 years old.

            War Memorial: Tawang War Memorial, a 40 foot high multi-hued memorial, has a structure            constructed in stupa design. Dedicated to the martyrs of Sino-India War held in 1962, this memorial           is nestled among beautiful peaks, which overlooks the Tawang-Chu valley. Popularly known as         Namgyal Chorten, the memorial has names of 2,420 dead soldiers.

Day9: Bumla Pass and stay in Tawang.

            Bum La Pass: After breakfast, get ready for one of the main attraction of visiting Arubachal- Bum La     Pass. The Bum La Pass is located about 37 km away from Tawang city, at the Indo-China border above 16,500 ft above sea level. It is often covered with heavy snow throughout the year. It is one         of the most off-beat passes in the world and is also referred to as the pass from where Dalai             Lama entered India escaping from Tibet.

            PTSO Lake: Pangang Teng Tso Lake, one of the most famous lakes of Arunachal Pradesh, is located            at a distance of 18 kilometre from Tawang Township. Popularly known as P.T. Tso Lake, this lake is      one of the ideal spots for picnic. The word ‘Tso’ in Monpa dialect means Monpa. During the winter months, the lake remains entirely frozen.

            Madhuri Lake: Formed by a flash flood after an earthquake in the year 1950, Madhuri Lake is          originally known as Shonga-tser Lake, which is one of the most popular lakes in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh. The lake was renamed so after the shooting of Bollywood movie Koyla, starring Madhuri          Dixit, the beautiful actress. The lake has been surrounded by wonderfully lush valleys, and snow-            capped mountains. A leisure walk is the best way to explore the picturesque surroundings of the    lake.

Day10: Tawang to Bomdilla (170 km).

            After Breakfast get ready to leave the beautiful city of Twang. Upon reaching Bomdilla, you will be transferred to Hotel. Stay the night in room and spend your time at leisure.

Day11: Bomdilla to Bhalukpong (95 km). (Bomdilla Sight seeing)

            After Breakfast pack your bag for leaving the city of Bomdilla and head towards Bhalukpong. First,     Bomdilla Monastery visit. Upon reaching Bhalukpong, you will be transferred to Hotel. Stay the      night in room and spend your time at leisure.

Day12: Bhalukpong to kaziranga (120 km). (Bhalukpong Sight seeing)

            After Breakfast, starts the journey for Kaziranga National Park. En-route Nameri Tiger Reserve.            Reaching Kaziranga, you will be transferred to Hotel. Stay the evening and night at leisure in lap of           Nature.

Day13:  kaziranga to Guwahati (200 km). (Kaziranga Safari)

            After Breakfast, book your Safari either Jeep or Elephant. Kaziranga National Park is a protected      area in the northeast Indian state of Assam. Spread across the floodplains of the Brahmaputra         River, its forests, wetlands and grasslands are home to tigers, elephants and the world’s largest    population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. Ganges River dolphins swim in the park’s waters. It’s            visited by many rare migratory birds, and gray pelicans roost near Kaziranga village. Night’s sleep in         Guwahati Hotel.

Day 14: Guwahati sight seeing including Kamakhya Temple and return for Kolkata.

            After Breakfast, you can visit the local market or Kamkhya Temple as you wish. Local sight seeing of   Guwahati. Then you will transferred to Railway Station / Airport for return to Kolkata.

Day 15: Arrival in Kolkata at Howrah / Sealdah station.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s, cancellation charges would be as follows:

45 days prior to journey:  35% of the Total Tour cost plus Train / flight fare.

15 days prior to journey:  50% of the Total Tour cost plus Train / flight fare.

07 days prior to journey:  No Refund.
